Tuesdays – 2:30pm Adapted Yoga Therapy

Suitable for individuals coping with chronic illness, pain, or breathing difficulties; classes are modified to fit each individual’s need; students may sit in a chair or wheelchair

 

Tuesdays – 3:45pm Yoga

Suitable for individuals just beginning their yoga journey, as well as individuals requiring a gentle therapeutic practice

 

Tuesdays – 5:15pm Pilates

An introduction to the mat work designed by Joseph Pilates

 

Tuesdays – 6:30pm Yoga

Suitable for individuals with stronger bodies; adaptations and modifications will be given; some yoga experience helpful but not necessary.
